Our team performed a comprehensive heuristic evaluation of the student portal, examining both the interface and its linked pages for violations of usability principles. The insights gathered shaped our usability test plan, ensuring we focused on the most critical, recurring issues and positioned us to uncover deeper user-centered findings.

This usability test plan walked participants through four targeted scenarios to identify usability challenges within the Minneapolis College student portal.
